All consultation notes are stored securely within your medical record and are accessible only to members of the clinical team directly involved in your care at London Vision Clinic.
If you would prefer not to use the AI scribe, please let your Patient Care Coordinator or Clinician know. Your decision will not affect the quality of your care in any way.
