Meet The London Team

Our dedication to the highest possible standards runs throughout the clinical team. We hand-pick each of our Optometrists, Patient Care Coordinators, Nursing Team, Researchers, Admin and Management, and Clinic Coordinators for their expertise and natural enthusiasm in going the extra mile to ensure unrivalled care and service.

The clinical and technical team behind your care

At London Vision Clinic, your experience is shaped by far more than the surgeon you meet on the day of treatment. Behind every consultation and procedure is a highly specialised team of optometrists, nurses, ophthalmic technicians and researchers who work together to ensure every decision is accurate, safe and personalised. From the in-depth diagnostic examinations that determine your suitability, through to the clinical support provided before, during and after surgery, this team is responsible for the precision, consistency and calm professionalism patients experience throughout their journey. The clinic’s dedicated research staff also review the outcomes of every procedure, helping refine techniques and maintain the highest possible clinical standards.

The people who keep your journey seamless and reassuring

Alongside the clinical team is a group of patient care coordinators, clinic coordinators and management professionals who quietly make the entire experience run smoothly. Your patient care coordinator becomes your main point of contact, guiding you through appointments, treatment planning and next steps, while the wider administrative and clinic teams ensure schedules, communication and logistics are handled efficiently and without stress. Their role is to remove uncertainty, answer questions clearly and provide continuity throughout your time with the clinic, allowing you to focus fully on your treatment and recovery. Together, they ensure that your experience at the Clinic feels calm, organised and consistently supportive from your first enquiry.

Our Research Team

Laser eye surgery has evolved dramatically since its early development. What began as a pioneering refractive procedure has matured into a highly sophisticated field, supported by decades of clinical data and technological innovation. Today, a far broader range of prescriptions can be treated safely and accurately, allowing many patients to achieve long-term visual independence. These advancements have not happened by chance; they are the direct result of continuous research, rigorous clinical trials and ongoing refinement of surgical techniques and diagnostic technology.

Questions our team are often asked

Behind every consultation and treatment at London Vision Clinic is a multidisciplinary team working together to make sure your care feels clear, calm and genuinely personal. These are some of the questions our coordinators, optometrists and clinical support teams are most often asked by patients before and during their journey.

You will be assigned a dedicated Patient Care Coordinator who becomes your main contact from your first appointment through to aftercare. They stay involved throughout your journey, so you are not passed between departments or left repeating information.

Wherever possible, yes. The clinic is structured so your diagnostic testing, treatment planning and follow-up care are delivered by a consistent clinical team, helping maintain continuity and a clear understanding of your individual case.

You can contact the clinic directly and your query will be handled by the team already familiar with your treatment. Clinical questions are reviewed promptly by the appropriate optometrist, nurse or surgeon, ensuring you receive accurate advice rather than generic responses.

Appointments at the clinic are intentionally not rushed. Diagnostic assessments and consultations are designed to allow sufficient time for detailed testing, discussion of results and personalised treatment planning.

Your diagnostic examinations are performed by highly trained optometrists and ophthalmic technicians using advanced imaging and measurement systems. These results are then reviewed by your surgeon as part of your final treatment planning.

Every procedure is reviewed as part of the clinic’s ongoing clinical governance and research activity. This allows outcomes to be monitored closely and techniques to be continually refined, ensuring patient care evolves alongside the latest evidence and technology.
