Meet our Patient Care Coordinators
Our founder, Professor Reinstein, wanted to create a clinic where the world’s most advanced and skilled laser eye surgery would be matched by a dedication to the ultimate standards of customer care and service. Our expert Patient Care Coordinators are fundamental to that mission.
Preparing for any surgery can be an anxious time, and most people are particularly sensitive about their eyes. With good reason: our vision is one of the most precious gifts we possess.
Experts at your side. Always.
We understand anxiety, it’s important for you to have a friendly, expert, personal and knowledgeable guide at your side throughout the laser eye surgery process. Someone who can answer your questions, clarify any issues and provide a reassuring presence, from your first appointment through screening, testing, and finally onto the laser eye surgery itself.
That guide is your Patient Care Coordinator, or PCC. He or she will be the first member of the team you meet and will explain the whole process to you. Your PCC will then remain your key point of contact throughout your treatment, so you always know whom to call if you have any questions or concerns.
Our PCCs go through a comprehensive training programme to ensure that they can accurately answer the most common questions our patients ask – and many of the less common ones too. They’ve guided thousands of patients along the road to successful, life-changing laser eye surgery; from the very first phone call to the last aftercare appointment. Rest assured, with one of our PCCs you will be in expert hands.

Studying my degree in Communications and Media Studies first sparked my interest in people and on my return to the UK, I worked in the media industry as an account manager for a few years. In 2016, I joined the clinic first as a Patient Care Administrator, later progressing to a Patient Care Coordinator. I love being able to help patients explore their options and improve their quality of life.
Over the years I have earned my status as travel-mad, always on the lookout for new holiday destinations and I love booking weekend city breaks. My all-time favourite destination is Spain, each area is so different and drenched in culture. I au-paired in Galicia, road-tripped around Andalucia and went to The Carnival of Santa Cruz in Tenerife which (second in popularity to the Rio de Janeiro Carnival!).

After graduating from Winchester University in 2009 with a degree in Psychology, I began building my career in customer care across the Golf and Social Care industries.
I joined the clinic in 2016 and love being able to help patients both improve their vision and quality of life. One of the main work highlights for me was our staff trip to South Africa. The view from Table Mountain is breathtaking and brings about perspective on life somehow – one of my favourites.
When not in the clinic, you can find me on the Netball court!

Originally from Lyme Regis, I love to escape to the Jurassic Coastline when I can get away from busy city life. And when I can’t, early morning walks through the deserted streets of London on my way into work are my favourite time of day.
I’m fortunate to really enjoy the team I work with and I’m naturally a very organised person so I get real satisfaction from keeping our diary in check!

After graduating in 2012, I was lucky enough to travel around South-East Asia for a few months after working as a teacher in Thailand for 5 months. Later, after working in various customer-facing roles, I joined the clinic in 2015 after being attracted to how much vision correction can change people’s lives.
In my spare time, you can usually find me trying out independent restaurants. For anyone who loves Thai food too, try Kaosarn – their dishes replicate authentic street food and it’s BYOB – even better! My go-to dish is ‘Khao Soi’. Sometimes hard to find in UK restaurants, but this was a staple whilst I lived there!

Since then, I’ve worked in various roles within the NHS which led me to join the clinic in 2019. Aside from the impact vision correction has on people’s lives and how I’m able to assist with this, I couldn’t be luckier with the team I get to work with.
I’m a huge fan of fantasy fiction with The Lord of the Rings trilogy topping my all-time-favourites. Nothing compares to it – although Shrek is also up there! If I could be any fictional character, I would choose Captain Jack Sparrow. He always manages to get out of just about anything in really inventive ways. I would also just really love to be a pirate.

Some of my family live in Mauritius, so I love to travel there when I can. If not to there, it’s somewhere else warm… like Sorrento, in Italy as the food is amazing. If you ever go to Austin, Texas, you must visit Voodoo Doughnuts!
I joined the team at London Vision Clinic in early 2021. I had always wanted to work within the medical sector as I like knowing others are benefitting from my work.
I am a big foodie, so when I’m not in the clinic, you will find me at a bottomless brunch, trying out a new restaurant or just dancing the night away! I’m also an avid true crime fan so my Sundays are usually filled with Netflix documentaries and good food- I recommend Mindhunter (even though a dramatized series this is based on true events, The Staircase and The Son(s) of Sam).
